White Lux Narrow 33 cm Fillet Knife.

These are really great knives. Made in Japan, hi stainless steel with a nylon grip and matching sheath. This knife has a narrow blade which is far better for boning, and filleting smaller fish such as pan sized snapper, gurnard and tarakihi.  Steve has been using these knives for decades, and swears by them.
