White Lux 34 cm Fillet Knife

These are really great knives. Made in Japan, hi stainless steel with a nylon grip and matching sheath. This knife has a wide blade and is suitable for bluenose, groper and big snapper. Steve has been using these knives for decades, and swears by them.

This 34 cm knife is ideal for filleting larger fish with deeper bodies, wider fillets and is ideal for skinning those larger fish such as groper, bluenose and bass, where as the 7" knife is better suited to fish such as snapper, tarakihi and gurnard.
